The illuminated Love & Coffee sign is manufactured on an 8 mm thick acrylic (plexiglass) backing panel, which serves as the supporting structure. The backing panel can be either frosted (matte) or transparent. With the frosted version, the cables connecting the letters are less visible.
Channels for the letters are machined into the front side of the acrylic panel, into which an LED strip and a flexible diffuser are installed.
The complete sign is mounted to the wall using metal standoffs, positioned 20 mm away from the wall surface. To operate the sign, a power cable must be provided to supply electricity to the sign.
The sign shown has dimensions of 900 × 750 mm.
