Refund policy

Applicable to all orders placed through Vibewall (ASCO Technology GmbH, Austria)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Vibewall. Each product is individually crafted, carefully inspected, and packaged with love. If something doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we are here to help.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you—or a third party named by you—receive the goods.

Return Conditions

A return is possible if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original, undamaged condition.

  • The item has not been used, installed, or altered.

  • The return is initiated within the legal return period.

Customized or made-to-order items are generally excluded from withdrawal, unless the product is defective or arrived damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us first via email:

We will then provide you with all necessary instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Please note that your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

We will replace damaged items free of charge within 2–3 weeks.

Exclusions from Withdrawal

A return or refund cannot be granted for:

  • Items made to customer specifications or custom sizes

  • Used, altered, or damaged items

  • Items no longer in their original condition
