All products are made individually for each order.
Because we operate with a sustainable, resource-efficient workflow and ship only once per week, our delivery time is:

 2–3 weeks within Europe

This shipping rhythm allows us to:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your destination and the size/weight of your order.

Order Processing

• Each order is individually produced, cut, and carefully packaged.

• Once your package leaves our facility in Austria, you will receive a shipping confirmation (including tracking, if available).

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
We will replace damaged items free of charge within 2–3 weeks.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, return shipping fees or additional delivery costs may apply.
